Andrea Stella was race engineer of Kimi Räikkönen when Kimi was driving at Ferrari. Stella tells how did it feel to work with Kimi. Nowdays Stella works as race engineer of Fernando Alonso. Stella has been working with Räikkönen, Alonso and Michael Schumacher.

- Michael has natural talent, but he is persistent and analytical. Fernando is technically very well prepared for any type of circumstance, whether in the wet or the dry, and that he has a lot of mental strength, both analytical and intuitive. I think that Kimi is the best in a particular set of circumstances, but only in that set of circumstances, and he is definitely very intuitive, Stella tells at interview of Formula Santander.

- When the driver is within the car he needs information because it isn't possible to get one's bearings alone. It is better to say one word more than one word less. Obviously when you gave Kimi one word more about the need to attack and push 100% he was going to reply to you: I am already attacking!
